This website has been created to introduce you to Allison Thompson, a Tennessee attorney who practices in the area of trusts, estates, wills, probate, and elderlaw. The website will answer some of your questions about these areas of law and will let you know what you can expect from Allison as an attorney and how she differs from others who practice in this area.

Allison’s primary areas of practice are estate planning, including drafting wills and trusts, estate administration, and elderlaw, including conservatorships and planning for disability. Allison uses her background in social work, her legal experience and financial planning training to make sure that you have the planning documents you need and that your plan is tailored to your particular family situation.
